Currently, I work as a Senior AI Engineer at OpenText, where I work on AI/ML research, proof-of-concepts, agentic AI, enterprise automation and intelligent developer workflows.

  • Developed AI-driven POCs for CPE ticket automation using historical tickets, related incidents and root-cause analysis to accelerate troubleshooting.
  • Built an SAP Solution Manager MCP server with tools for AI-driven operations across requirements, defects, attachments and hierarchy management.
  • Developed MCP-based browser automation for PPM Workbench, enabling agentic AI workflows and natural-language interaction with enterprise applications.
